Gianluca Braga, Business Trainer
Gianluca Braga graduated from the University of Padua in 1993 and during his internship he founded, together with a group of colleagues, a Social Cooperative of educational services for teenagers and young people. This experience marks the transition from the themes of clinical psychology (with specialization in psychotherapy through the use of hypnosis) to social and community psychology and to organizational management issues.
He specializes in Community Psychology at the Association for the Study and Development of the Community and in the role of trainer, attending the Master of Formation Trainers. In the meantime, he collaborates as a consultant trainer with different organization of the Public Administration (Ministry of Justice, Regions and Provinces, Health Companies) and of the Private Sector (Social and non), as well as – since 2002 – with the Faculty of Education Sciences at the Università Cattolica of Milan and with ASAM (Association for Business and Management Studies ).
From 2001 he develops an interest in evaluation and was among the first collaborators of the Italian Institute of Evaluation, of which he over time assumes the role of first Director and then CEO. Since 2013 he is also a member of the Board of the Italian Evaluation Association and supports the Evaluation Unit of the Autonomous Province of Trento.
