Federico Vigorelli Porro, Partner – Quality Manager, Business Trainer, Professional Coach
Federico Vigorelli Porro, Canadian, psychologist and ICF Coach, decides to follow the path of training, and joins the Choralia team in January 2011. He specializes in communication and sales, as well as in the design and delivery of custom Business Simulation with topics ranging from marketing to sales to the management of the customer portfolio. He specializes in Gamification in 2014 at the Wharton Business School of Pennsylvania, in order to deepen issues related to the use of games for training and involvement of human resources.
Since 2014 he has also been involved in the internationalization of Italian companies and management of international sales networks, first as a Temporary Sales Manager at an Italian SME, for which he helped in creating a worldwide sales network (Europe, China, United States, South East Asia); subsequently as a Global Sales Trainer and Coach for one of the leading Italian automobile manufacturers, operating with particular focus on Southeast Asia and Oceania markets.
