Claudio Zamagni, CEO
Claudio Zamagni has a master degree at Bocconi University of Milan in Management, with an industrial marketing specialization obtained at the Management School. He begins his career in the sales department, subsequently assuming responsibility for commercial coordination. After the Master he becomes Project Manager at Ralston Purina, where he takes care of fours distribution and industrial projects. His last company position was as Commercial Director of a Joint Venture between Fondiaria and Group A.M.A for the design and management of the direct distribution network of services destined to companies (with a global risk management approach). He was also partner of Learning Systems, subsidiary of the group Wilson Learning Worldwide, worldwide leader of technologies for HR development. He founds Choralia in 2001 and as client leader he manages mainly change projects, especially in the baking, insurance and financial sectors. He is a business modelling specialist for the systemic evaluation of commercial strategies related to operational planning and profitability assessment and – in relation to this – deals with sales process engineering for the conquest of the so-called last mile. Claudio has also defined the VANTIC ® model, a statistical analysis of the relationship between skills and performance.
